SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be shipped within 5 business days after received payment, via Posten. 

Dreams & Stitches is not responsible for additional custums fees, lost, stolen or damaged packages.

RETURNS

Within 30 days of purchase, all items can be returned for a full refund, shipping not inkluded.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Items will not be refunded until I have recived the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you would like to return an items you have purchased, please email me at emilie@dreamsandstitches.shop within 14 days of your original purchase to initiate the process.  I am unable to process returns after 14 days.
